MSD designed this 8241 Blaster Ignition Coil for late model Ford waste spark ignition systems as an OEM Replacement. This Blaster Coil is designed for a maximum output of 40,000 volts, a significant improvement over stock ignition coils! Special 83:1 windings as well as lower primary resistance provide maximum voltage build-up.

Note: If the Coil Pack is being installed on a 1999-2004 Ford Focus Zetec, the spark plug wires will require replacement. MSD offers a set under Part Number 32939.
