MSD designed this 8232 CPC Single Tower Race Ignition Coil for use in racing applications with an MSD CPC ignition control! It features MSDs new U-Core winding design that produces more voltage and current than previous designs. It also has a tough, rigid Rynite housing with a tall tower as well as isolated primary terminals.

This coil has a maximum voltage of 43,000 Volts and a Peak Current of 800 mA! The iron U-Core design has a Dupont Rynite FR946 segmented bobbin for improved voltage distribution. This material also has incredible dielectric capabilities at high temperatures. The cutting-edge winding material features improved insulation as well as being capable of enduring extreme voltages.

Together, these materials create a durable coil with incredible voltage capabilities, lightning quick rise time as well as lengthy spark duration.
