MSD designed this 8231 Blaster Ignition Coil for 1996-1999 GM applications with a single connector as an OEM Replacement. This Blaster Coil is designed for a maximum output of 40,000 volts, a significant improvement over stock ignition coils! Special 80:1 windings as well as lower primary resistance provide maximum voltage build-up.
