Vibrant Performance designed this 27171 Silicone Straight Coupler for water, coolant and air service only, and is commonly used for turbo compressor housings, intercooler end tanks and charge pipe assemblies.

This coupler features a 4-ply Aramid reinforcement fabric between each layer of silicone, which allows for an impressive operating temperature range of -75 F to 392 F (-60 C to 200 C). It provides race-proven performance for high temperature, high boost applications, and wont swell or burst under extreme conditions.

Straight couplers are available in a wide array of sizes ranging from 1/2 to 6″ I.D. Vibrant also offers hump and reducer style couplers in different sizes and lengths to meet your fabrication needs.
